Sanjay Puri - Principal
Sanjay brings over 20 years’ experience with startups, mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies as a marketing executive and a technology leader. In his marketing leadership roles at Edifecs, Microsoft, iConclude, Hewlett Packard and Opsware, Sanjay led outbound marketing, content strategy, community engagement, product positioning and competitive strategy. Prior to his marketing avatar, Sanjay led engineering for Oracle's Health & Safety product.
Sanjay holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology in India, as well as an MBA from Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
Sandy Sharma - Principal
Since 1990, Sandy has extensive business and technology consulting experience in a senior executive position. He also has served as a senior consultant, business strategist, and architect for large organizations.
Sandy specializes in helping companies achieve success through his practical knowledge of how to improve business processes and align business needs with technology. Through various strategy & solution development projects, Sandy has helped many organizations realize the value of technology through a unique synthesis of platform, purpose and process.
Sandy also serves as CEO of Advaiya, Inc. (www.advaiya.com) a technology consulting firm and Chairman of Metria Learning (www.MetriaLearning.org).
Chanbir Mann - Managing Principal
Prior to 9Mile, Chanbir was COO at Edifecs (a healthcare IT software company) where he led Sales, Solution Consulting, Alliances and Client Services. Prior to Edifecs, Chanbir led the Technology, Media, Travel and Services industry segments as General Manager & Head of Americas for Wipro Technologies.
Chanbir has been instrumental in building successful business partnerships with Fortune 500 companies in the areas of Enterprise Architecture, BPM, SOA, BIIM, EBI, Portals, Content Management and Enterprise Security.
Chanbir holds an MBA degree in Marketing & Finance
Kevin Croy - Principal
Kevin applies his 15 years of technology and business experience to help manage the 9Mile technology startup portfolio. Capable of rolling up his sleeves and writing code or architecting a scalable infrastructure platform, Kevin spends most of his time analyzing business models studying markets, and mentoring entrepreneurs.
Prior to joining 9Mile, Kevin served as Principal Engineer for Expedia.com and co-founded five startups, including Lostpedia.com and Jupiter Hosting.
He is a Beta Gamma Sigma graduate of University of Washington’s, Foster School of Business where he earned his MBA.
